I think the best time to come to New Zealand is in summer and the 3 best places to visit are Hokitika because theirs lots of things to do like the Hokitika Gorge and the beach is quite cool and its a cool little town. Nelson because there are lots of swimming areas so you can go swimming and when you're in the mood to go shopping there are some shops around nelson and in summer its warm and a cool place to stay and the sunsets are beautiful. 

Christchurch, there are lots of reasons why because it is hot in summer so you can go to the beach in the warm water and it's so hot and warm and the beach is beautiful and there are cool walks to do and lots of shops and places to go. In conclusion, Nelson and Christchurch are the best places to visit because it's warm in summer and there's more things to do there
